Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ release date moves up again

(CNN, KYMA) - Sean "Diddy" Combs will be released from federal prison earlier than previously scheduled.

Combs, who is serving his 50-month federal prison sentence at Fort Dix in New Jersey, is now slated to be released on February 5, 2028.

He was previously set to be released on April 25, 2028.

The music and business mogul, 56, was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution last year.

At the trial, Combs was acquitted of more serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

He has denied any wrongdoing and his lawyers are appealing his conviction.
