ICE agent pulls gun on Virginia woman

FALLS CHURCH, Va. (NBC, KYMA) - New video shows an ICE agent pulling a gun on a northern Virginia woman who was driving her car in Falls Church Monday afternoon.

The agents accused her of trying to run them over and now that woman is sharing video of the incident.

The video shows her shout at one of the agents, but she says it also shows she didn't put them in danger.

With a gun drawn an ICE agent and a northern Virginia woman argue through her driver-side window Monday afternoon in a Falls Church parking lot.

The video starts about 35 seconds before the initial confrontation.

The driver is Carolina Molina, a U.S. citizen who says she just witnessed these agents arrest two men on the other side of the parking lot.

She says she's angry with ICE, but that she wasn't following them. She says she was in the parking lot for work,Dropping business cards with immigrations lawyers to offer counseling services.

The video shows the ice agent who drew his weapon, had his gun in his hand as soon as he stepped out of his vehicle.

The entire interaction depicted in the video from the time the agent steps out of the car until he gets back into leave lasts about 50 seconds.
