Man accused of killing Charlie Kirk appears in court
UPDATE (2:17 PM): During the hearing, Tyler Robinson and his attorneys asked the court to allow him to appear in regular clothes and no restraints during his in-person hearings.
The judge only allowed half of the request, allowing Robinson to appear in civilian clothes, but denying the request for no restraints.
However, the judge ordered the sheriff's office use the least restrictive restaints on robinson.
The judge explained that he approved the clothing request because Robinson appearing in jail clothes could influence future jury selection.
