Powerball increases to $725 million after no one claimed Monday’s drawing

(NBC, KYMA/KECY) - The Powerball jackpot reaches $725 million after there was no winner in monday night's drawing.

The winning numbers were 2, 24, 34, 53, 58, and the Powerball was 13. The Power Play was 2x.

The next Powerball drawing is set for Wednesday. Wednesday's prize is the seventh-largest in the promotion's history.

If someone matches all of the numbers in that drawing and decides to take the lump sum option, the cash value will be approximately $366.2 million before taxes.
