Big breakfast could burn more calories
California (KYMA, KECY)- A new study by the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism found in their research that the number of calories burned was higher when test subjects ate a bigger breakfast and a smaller dinner.
Health officials said it's due to the amount of energy it takes to process a meal, was higher in the morning than at night.
Officials still urge those who are looking to lose weight to still watch what they eat and not only when they eat.
