Man escapes Baja California prison

MEXICALI, Mexico (KYMA) - A man has escaped from a prison in Baja California for the second time.

In August, 27-year-old Noel Orlando Bustamante Martínez, a Honduran national, escaped from a prison in Mexicali.

He was then transferred to a maximum security prison in Tecate. However, early Wednesday morning, Martínez managed to escape again, bypassing all security measures.

An operation is underway to locate and arrest Martínez, who was being held on robbery charges, again.
