Heavy flooding continues in Hidalgo State, 19 dead

(KYMA, KECY/ CNN) - Strong rain is continuing to cause heavy flooding in Central Mexico which has caused water levels to completely fill dams.

Earlier this week, at least 19 people died in the area due to the damages caused by the flooding, but authorities say there are no new casualties to report.
