YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) advises drivers to plan ahead for lane closures on US 95.

According to a press release, the closure will begin on Wednesday, January 11 at 8:30am, and will go until 3:00pm.

Utility workers will also on aerial crossings at milepost 43, near the Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) entrance.

By and large, drivers should plan for five separate 15-minute road closures. In addition, flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.

Overall, ADOT wants to remind drivers to plan for delays, proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down, and watch for construction workers and equipment.
