$3,000 worth of equipment needed

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - It has been three years and over 18,000 surgeries since instruments used to spay and neuter Yuma animals have been replaced.

The Humane Society of Yuma says the wear and tear is beginning to show.

Their clinic has successfully saved the lives of thousands of animals and pets, hoping to perform another 18,000 surgeries in the coming years.

Now, the Humane Society hopes the community will join them in raising a 3,000 dollar goal to replace much-needed instruments.
