Police find two people dead in Brawley
BRAWLEY, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - Two dead bodies were found Friday morning in Brawley.
The Brawley Police Department received a call around 7:00 am of a 39-year-old man not breathing at G and First Street.
When police arrived, they discovered two additional unresponsive men.
Two of the men were pronounced dead at the scene, the third was rushed to Pioneers Memorial Hospital.
Brawley police said they suspect the cause of death to be overdoses of fentanyl but have yet to confirm.
Gil Rebollar with the City of Brawley said deaths by overdose continue to increase.
