“We are very excited to come together as a community in collaboration and partnership with Imperial Valley Vegetable Growers Association, Imperial Valley College, Sun Community Federal Credit Union, and Vo Neighborhood Medical Center, and to be able to finally bring forward this wonderful event,” expressed IVC Trustee Karla Sigmond. “Our mission is to identify, and provide resources related to health and wellness, financial literacy, and development of workforce to our farmworkers and their families so they may live productive, healthy, and happy lives. Thus, our Imperial Valley community becomes stronger and access to quality of life is shared by all.”
