Jury in Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs trial begins deliberating

(CNN, KYMA/KECY) - The jury in Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking trial began deliberating Monday.

There are eight men and four women on the jury.

The prosecution gave its closing arguments last Thursday and the defense presented their closing arguments last Friday.

Government prosecutors also gave their final rebuttal Friday.

If Combs, 55, is found guilty of the most serious charges, he faces a sentence that could extend to life in prison.

Combs' attorneys have argued any sex related to the case was consensual.
