41-year-old Antonio Campos also learned today his trial date is set for January 9, 2024.

The deputy district attorney lists the felonies Campos is facing.

“The charges were slightly modified based on the evidence that was presented at the preliminary hearing. He is not charged with murder with special circumstances. Residential burglary. Three counts of forcible sodomy and a final count of stalking," stated Deputy District Attorney John Harter.

Campos is accused of murdering his ex-wife, 43-year-old Rose Campos at her home last October.

Both sides will be back in court in early January to make sure they're both ready to move forward with the trial.
