KYMA

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The attorney for the Yuma man facing 42 felony charges for several crimes says they're considering six plea agreements.

The announcement took place today as 24-year-old Jesus Javier Ibarra-Martinez Jr. made another court appearance.

Yuma police arrested Ibarra-Martinez Jr. last month as part of a years-long investigation.

His alleged crimes go back to an attempted murder in May of 2017.

These crimes have impacted at least 16 victims.

Seven of them were shot but no one died.

Ibarra-Martinez Jr. will be back in court next month.
