KYMA

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - One of the suspects accused of murdering two men and injuring four others by shooting them at a house party in May was formally charged in court Tuesday afternoon.

19-year-old Abraham Colin was charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of 20-year-old Ande Blackthunder and 19-year-old Danny Garcia.

He was also charged with four counts of aggravated assault after four minors were shot.

Colin hired his own attorney from Phoenix who represented him over the phone.

Judge Stewart said Colin will now be held in custody with no bond and will appear back in court later this June for his preliminary hearing.
