ICDA search for witnesses to an officer-involved shooting

IMPERIAL, Calif. (KYMA, KSWT, KECY)- The Imperial County District Attorney's Office (ICDA) is seeking the help of the community.

ICDA said they are looking for any witnesses who were present at the scene of an officer-involved shooting where a man died after not complying with officers.

The incident occurred on December 29 at approximately 7 a.m., at the intersection of Main Street and Imperial Avenue in El Centro.

If you have any information regarding the shooting or events leading prior to the incident, please contact the Imperial County District Attorney’s Office or District Attorney Investigator David Frazier at 442-265-1175.
