Six homes destroyed after fire burns through California neighborhood

LAKESIDE, Calif. (CNN, KYMA/KECY) - A massive fireball erupted from a house fire in California Monday.

According to Cal Fire, the fire began mid-afternoon Monday in Lakeside. It burned just over five acres, destroying multiple homes.

At least one person was hurt.

According to Cal Fire, as of Tuesday, the Coches Fire was 100% contained.
