California jewelry store robbed
Multiple robberies over the weekend
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY/CNN) - A California jewelry store was a victim of a robbery, one of many that have recently occurred in the Bay area.
Witnesses report a group of people who were in Southland Mall on Sunday before it was scheduled to close in the late afternoon.
The large group of about 50 people thrashed the store using hammers and later robbed a nearby Macy's store.
Other stores such as a Louis Vuitton, Nordstrom and dispensaries were robbed earlier in the weekend.
No arrests have been made.
