MGN

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - San Diego State University has announced that it will launch a shuttle program to connect to SDSU's Imperial Valley campuses.

SDSU wants this program to help create a shared student experience across both campuses when it comes to academic, research and other student engagements.

Starting Oct. 5, the shuttle service will operate on Hardy Avenue at Campus Green at SDSU and the SDSU Imperial Valley parking lot, both acting as pick-up and drop-off locations.

Reservations can be made 24 hours ahead for SDSU students.

The service is at no cost for students and faculty.

Passengers are advised to bring a form of identification as the shuttle will pass through the Pine Valley U.S. Border Patrol Station.
