Possible drug smuggling boat washes ashore in California
(KYMA, KECY/ CNN) - California authorities are investigating the discovery of a suspicious boat found Tuesday, located near Arroyo Hondo North of Gaviota.
Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Deputies had their guns drawn as they approached the vessel as they say the boat is likely linked to some kind of smuggling operation.
The Department of Homeland Security is involved in the investigation.
