Three rescued from vehicle in runoff-swollen Arizona wash
TUSCON, Ariz. (AP, KYMA/KECY) - Three people were rescued on the outskirts of Tuscon after being caught in a flash flood.
Crews from Golder Ranch and Northwest were sent out on Tuesday to extract people who were stuck in a vehicle.
A monsoon caught the group of people in chest-high water but they and a second nearby driver were extracted safely.
