Gadsden District celebrates Special education kids with a nice banquet

SAN LUIS, Ariz.-(KYMA, KSWT, KECY) - A cute Christmas celebration, Gadsden district celebrated its 20th annual banquet for their Special Education department.

Every year a different school in the district plays host to the SPED celebration. This year Ed Pastor Elementary school was the host. Their theme this year was high on color schemes representing a Mexican traditional posada.

Each classroom had its own presentation, and that also included gifts for the students. All in efforts to make special education students feel appreciated and special.

Teachers, staff, and students even made their own decorations and ornaments for the event.
