SAN LUIS, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The City of San Luis announced they were awarded $33 million to partially fund improvements to Cesar Chavez Boulevard.

The funding will help the city do the final design process for the project that is located between San Luis Plaza Drive to Avenue E.

The City of San Luis is asking the community for feedback on the proposed improvements that include more lanes, new traffic signals, and more sidewalks for neighborhoods.

Including new and improved crosswalks, new bike lanes, and new bus stops.
