Ben and Jerry’s helps more votes in the midterm elections
(KYMA, KECY/ CNN) - Ben and jerry's is rebranding one of its flavors to encourage young, black voters to take part in the mid-term elections.
"Change is brewing" came out last year -- to promote public safety reform.
The package now has a new design, but the ice cream is the same: coffee ice cream with marshmallows and fudge brownie pieces.
The new version arrives on store shelves in the next few weeks.
It will also be distributed at hbcu's as well as in large cities and rural communities in southern states.
