Kelly, Sinema announce over $4.6 million award for clean energy projects

(KYMA, KECY) - Senators Mark Kelly and Kyrsten Sinema have announced over $4.6 million were awarded for clean energy and low-carbon manufacturing research projects in Arizona.

These awards will invest in research projects led by Northern Arizona University, Arizona State University, and University of Arizona.

These research projects were chosen by competitive peer review to scientific institutions to identify solutions to the climate crisis and clean energy technologies.
