Parker man sentenced to 70 months in prison for illegally possessing a firearm

Michael John Dean Nopah, a 42-year-old man from Parker, Arizona was sentenced for illegally possessing a firearm

PHOENIX (KYMA, KECY) - A man from Parker, Arizona was sentenced to 70 months in prison along with three years of supervised release and previously pleaded guilty to Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

Michael John Dean Nopah's 25 months of federal sentence was ordered to run consecutive to a California sentence he is currently serving.

In Parker, Arizona Nopah was found to be possessing a Glock model 30S, .45 caliber pistol that can accept a large capacity magazine on April 24, 2020 who is also a convicted felon and is prohibited from owning firearms and ammunition.
