Saint Patrick’s Day downtown pub crawl

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Today, the Pint House hosted the St. Patrick's Day downtown pub crawl.

This classic pub crawl made a comeback after a two year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The crawl route hit several bars and restaurants in downtown, before wrapping up at Jimmie Dee's.

There were free raffles for everyone that finished plus a free shirt for the first people to finish.

Pub crawl attendee, CJ Atherton, was lucky enough to receive one of the t-shirt prizes.

“The first 100 people who got the stamps got these t-shirts and so it was a good pub crawl and I enjoyed it,” said Atherton.

With the holiday in mind, the City of Yuma Police Department is conducting an impaired driving detail now through Sunday.

Additional officers will be on the streets looking to stop and arrest drivers who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
