Imperial County sees spike of 25 coronavirus cases

358 cases confirmed countywide

EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - Imperial County health officials confirm 25 new cases of coronavirus Friday evening, bringing the countywide total to 358.

County officials report no additional coronavirus-related deaths.

So far, the county says 141 people have now recovered from the virus. This is up 24 recoveries in a day.

Numbers indicate of the new patients, one is younger than nine. Of all the age ranges, those aged 30-39 have the highest number of confirmed cases.
