More than 300 now positive for coronavirus in Imperial County

Nearly 100 recovered from the illness

EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - Imperial County Health officials on Tuesday confirmed 20 more Valley residents have tested positive for coronavirus. That brings the total number of cases countywide to 304.

As the number of cases climb, so does the number of people recovering from the illness. 97 patients are now considered recovered. The number of people tested has also grown. It now stands at slightly less than 200.
