Yuma Sector recover stolen vehicle at immigration checkpoint

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY)- A stolen vehicle was recovered Tuesday at the Interstate 8 immigration checkpoint.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection said a an individual driving a Honda SUV was sent to secondary for additional questioning.

After questioning the driver, agents discovered the vehicle was stolen out of San Diego.

The driver was arrested and the vehicle was seized.
