Baby later found unharmed

PHOENIX, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Phoenix police say they've found a baby stolen with a car, but officers say the man who inadvertently stole infant remains at large.

The baby's father said made a short stop at a Phoenix convenience store Sunday afternoon and left his six-month-old son in the car. The dad says he had just gotten out of the car, and was walking towards the store when another man jumped into the vehicle and took off.

Police say they found the baby in his car seat near a Walmart about 10-minutes later, but the suspect was nowhere in sight.

The baby wasn't hurt. Officers reunited him with his father.
