Patchy dust and wind expected all day today

YUMA COUNTY, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY)- Patchy blowing dust is expected just after 9 a.m. Tuesday with the daily high temperature nearing 75.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS), breezy conditions with a north wind 10 to 20 miles per hour with gusts as high as 30 miles per hour are expected as well.

Dry conditions will prevail through the rest of the week and into the weekend with mostly clear skies.

Breezy to windy conditions are expected this afternoon with elevated fire concerns out west.

Near to slightly below normal temperatures are expected Tuesday and Wednesday before a warm-up to the '80s across the lower deserts for the end of the week.

A storm system early next week will bring another chance for precipitation and cooler temperatures.
