Body found in canal in Tacna
No word on if foul play was involved in man's death
TACNA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Yuma County Sheriff's Office (YCSO) says it recovered the body of a man from a canal in Tacna Wednesday afternoon.
Deputies say they got called to the East Main Canal around 12:30. Once they arrived they found a man's body in the water in the area of County 8th Street and Avenue 40E. Deputies then called in the dive team to remove the body from the canal.
Deputies aren't releasing the man's name yet. They've released no details on how he may have died, or if foul play may be involved.
