Teddy Bears wanted

Teddy Bear

Local group calling for donations of stuffed animals

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY). It's hard to believe something as small as a toy made of cloth, stuffing and thread can be an important tool for a first responder. But, when a child is in distress or afraid a stuffed animal may just be what the doctor ordered. That's what led to an event held each year; the sole purpose to make sure healers have what they need to help those in need.

So, come Saturday February 1, 2020 at ten in the morning the Foothills Cruisers Car Club will once again take to the Lowes parking lot (4th Avenue & 32nd Street) to ask for teddy bears and well any other stuffed animals out there. The event is free to the public and as always any stuffed animals would be greatly appreciated.
