Person of interest sought after body found in trunk
SAN LUIS RIO COLORADO, MEXICO (KYMA, KECY)- Mexican police launch a homicide investigation after a man was shot to death and left in the trunk of his own car in San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico.
Tribuna de San Luis said police discovered the man's vehicle near a sports field Friday.
After searching the vehicle, the 38-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to the head.
Mexican authorities believe he was shot at a different location and was taken and left near the fields.
The 38-year-old man resided in Los Angeles and Phoenix but often stayed in his home in Mexico at Colonia Residencias.
Mexican authorities continue to investigate who the 38-year-old was last seen with.
