Temperatures expected to rise this week
YUMA COUNTY, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY)- Temperatures are expected to increase in the lower deserts this week and into the weekend.
High pressure will remain in place Monday although skies will be mostly cloudy.
A couple of weak upper level disturbances passing through the region Monday night and Tuesday night will bring chances of light showers across the Arizona high country and with slight chances for the lower desert.
Drier conditions will prevail later this week with slightly above normal temperatures.
