YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KSWT, KECY) - For three days straight, Crossroads Mission has hosted a Thanksgiving meal.

The meal is free and open to everyone and served from 11 a.m to 1 p.m. today. This is the twelfth year Crossroads Mission has hosted a Thanksgiving meal.

“We put it on so we can invite the community in and they can come in and volunteer and have lunch with us, socialize, fellowship and have a good time," said Myra Garlit, the CEO of Crossroads Mission.

Over 1000 Thanksgiving meals are served each day.

Over the course of the past three days, the Mission has served more than 5,000 meals. It delivered nearly 2,500 meals to home-bound seniors. It also dished out more than 2,600 lunches at its facility.
