UPDATE: Power restored to thousands in Yuma

UPDATE:

Arizona Public Service has restored power for Yuma residents affected by the outage.

ORIGINAL STORY:

Arizona Public Service outage map shows 7,500 residents without power in Yuma Thursday morning.

The report 9:31 a.m. shows a cluster of four different power outages.

The largest area affected spans from 1st Street to 12th Street and Avenue C to Dora Ave which is affecting 2,495 residents.

From there 2,026 residents are affected from County 8th Street to 21st Lane and Avenue E to Avenue C.

The other affected areas are 12th Street to 28th Street and Avenue D to 31st Avenue with 1,635 residents affected.

The last area is 12th Street to Del Sol Lane and Avenue C to Avenue A affecting 1,256 customers.

The outage map reports the estimated restoration time to be at 1:35 p.m. for all four outages.
