Yuma continues to hold title

It’s looking like, Yuma, Arizona is keeping its title as the sunniest place on the planet. The latest numbers, coming from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration who compiled 42-years of records. According to NOAA Yuma County sees 4,015.3 hours of sunlight per year, that’s means that 90% of the year Yuma’s days are sunny. Its closest contenders which reside near the equator like Bogota, Columbia and Nairobi, Kenya, only see about half of what Yuma County sees.
