Children accidentally drinking ‘poising chemicals’
The Yuma Fire Department ( YFD ), are urging parents if any household to be more aware of where you leave dangerous chemicals like cleaning supplies.
That’s because cases in Yuma have shown that these chemicals are within children’s reach. Last month, Mike Erfert with YFD said first responders have had four of these cases.
” More recently there was one involving astatine and cases involving bleach, ” said Erfert .
