AZ: New bill may lower Shannon’s Law penalties, if passed

Arizona House Bill 2287 could be changing the way those who shoot a firearm within city limits are charged.

Arizona legislators are considering HB 2287 to modify the existing Shannon’s Law, which makes it a felony to negligently fire a weapon inside city limits.
