He has a tattoo on his left arm that readsd Perez and three question marks under his left arm.
Also be on the lookout for Anthony Seymour Quintero who is wanted for attempted robbery, possessing meth and other drugs. He is a 30-year-old Hispanic man standing at 5’10” and weighs 187 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his back of a black four leaf clover. He has another tattoo on his chest of a lotus flower.
Our final fugitive is Jose Luis Garcia also known as Jose Luis Escobedo. He is wanted for theft. Garcia is a 31-year-old Hispanic man. He stands at 6’0″ weighing 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his chest of an Aztec Eagle and the letters, “BPW”. On his abdomen he has “GSDN” tattooed and a picture of an Aztec warrior.
