Healthline11: Liver Cancer Awareness

It’s something that comes with modern-day devices – technical difficulties. As many of you know – keeping our phones alive and holding on to all our precious data is crucial.

The music.. messages.. and photos are seemingly priceless to some.

and occasionally — phones die and what we cherish is sometimes gone.

But what it was something we were doing as consumers that caused our devices to die.

Experts say car chargers may be the culprit.

“Don’t use ’em. Definitely don’t use them,” says Fred Aguirre of Yuma Cellphone Repair Clinic.

That’s because millions are manufactured, regulations are weak.. and the chargers could ultimately cause more harm than good.”

“Eventually, you end up burning your battery, your charge port, or mainly the whole entire phone ,” says Fred Aguirre.

“if you’re going to use a car charger it should be for a quick charge.”

Battery packs are the highest suggestion to keeping your phone charged on the road.

“It’s better because you aren’t getting that constant current from that cigarette lighter ,” says Fred Aguirre.

That constant current is often way more powerful than your device can handle.

If you’re having charging problems, another common problem experts see is lint getting stuck in the port. That is also usually a pretty easy fix.
