STYLE FILE: How thrifting can become a new fun way to shop

YUMA, Ariz., (KYMA, KECY) - Retail stores are slowing opening up and shoppers are starting to get back to their normal spending habits.

However, the spring cleaning some may have acted on during quarantine could end up helping shoppers save cash at the register.

Thrift stores are a way to find cool, vintage pieces at a discounted price or give away pre-loved clothes that are no longer worn. Local thrift stores offer a wide variety of clothing for men, women and children as well as jewelry and furniture.

If shoppers are not interested in making a purchase, thrift stores are a great resource to use for giving away clothes. As long as the items are in good condition and washed, donating to a thrift shop could make one man's trash another man's treasure.
