Yuma County Public Health offering immunizations for Back to School

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Yuma County Public Health Services offers Back to School Immunizations from July 24 to August 4, excluding weekends.

Immunizations will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m., the last sign-in will be at 3:45 p.m.

Patients are able to get the immunizations at the Yuma County Public Health Services District located at 2200 W. 28th Street in the auditorium, the district advises to enter the west main entrance.

All patients need is proof of residency, a bill under a legal guardian's name with a physical address, or a Driver's License/ State ID with a current address. Including the child's immunization record/copy.

All children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by a legal guardian. The cost will be $10 per child/per visit.
