New Urgent Care Center to open in Calexico

After two years, the Heffernan Memorial Healthcare District Board of Directors approved the Urgent Care Center project

CALEXICO. Calif. (KYMA, KECY)- The important healthcare project is scheduled to start operating by April 2023, according to Sanders Architecture and Mitchell construction.

The urgent care will be operated by Tyson Medical Inc., all Valley urgent care centers have clinics in El Centro and Brawley.

The location's goal is to reduce the travel in their ambulances to the El Centro Regional Hospital emergency room.
