Physical activity benefits for kids

Getting kids to move their bodies can help their minds

(KYMA, KECY/ CBS) - More physical activity in kids is linked to greater emotional regulation, which predicts higher academic achievement.

New research links red meat intake, poor education and heavier alcohol use to an increase in colorectal cancer in people under 50 years of age. It is recommended for men and women to start getting checked starting at the age of 45.

Researchers find that taking a more water-soluble form of vitamin D improves absorption.
