Plane crash occurred in Arkansas, two people in recovery

BATESVILLE, Arka. (NBC) - At least two people are recovering in the hospital after a plane crashed in Arkansas on Tuesday.

It happened tuesday evening near batesville.

According to batesville authorities, several people, including two pilots wer on board the plane when it crashed.

The two pilots then traveled to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

It is not clear if any of the other passengers suffered injuries.

The plane was as a 2007 Learjet fixed-wing, multi-engine aircraft.

It was seen resting 10 to 15 feet away from highway 167 with a section of the airpot fence wrapped around the fuselage.

It is not clear how the plane crashed happened.

The incident is under investigation.
