Valeria Rodriguez – MMJ

Valeria Rodriguez joined KYMA in June 2023 as a Multimedia Journalist.

She was born and raised in El Paso, Texas

Valeria graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication in May of 2022 and later continued on graduating with her Master's in Mass Communication in May of 2023. 

While at ASU, she interned with the City of Mesa as a Bilingual Social Media Intern and worked at Arizona PBS as a Digital Media Aide creating landing pages and worked on social media analytics.

In her free time, Valeria enjoys exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.

She also likes to paint and binge-watch the latest TV shows.
