City Hall closed on MLK holiday

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - City of Yuma says City Hall will be closed on Monday for Dr. Martin Luther King (MLK) Jr's birthday and trash pickups will lag one day.

The residential refuse collection in the City of Yuma will change and garbage that is usually picked up on Mondays will be collected on Tuesday.

As for garbage that is usually picked up on Tuesdays, it will be picked up on Wednesday instead.

While curbside recycling pickup will still be on Thursday and Friday.
